Hello and welcome!

I am so thrilled you are here, and I cannot wait to share this site with you!

My name is Tyla Lusk.  I am a mother of two amazing kids, I’ve been married to my best friend for 20 years, and I’m also a thrifter, crafter,

multipreneur, and glitter enthusiast!

I am excited to tell you all about my journey…almost as excited as I was when I saw the Eiffel Tower sparkling for the first time and once you get to know me, you will know that anything that sparkles makes me happy!!

First, let me tell you a little bit more about me — I have been in love with the beauty business my entire life. I mean, I actually got grounded once in middle school for wearing makeup when I wasn’t allowed to.  Oops! It probably started somewhere there… not to mention I am a also a middle child

and a total rebel! Some of you can probably relate!  Fast forward a few years…I was married and what the heck did I want to do? Nails! Duh!  Nails are fun, but they are also glitter AND glam — so me! So I got started, built up a clientele, and a few years after, at the age of 26, I opened my first business.

As the years went by, as if raising children and owning a business wasn’t enough, I had so many creative ideas, I just didn’t know what to do with them. I am sure many of you feel the same way…everyone has great ideas! Every single thing we use today is the product of someone’s amazing idea. So the winding road began to creating, developing, and ultimately turning those ideas into sellable products.

I created this blog so I can tell you exactly how we did that– how we turned my crazy ideas into thriving multi-million dollar businesses, how almost losing everything and making every mistake in the book taught us what we should absolutely NOT be doing! I will share how we have turned failures into successes, how we balance running the companies, the salon, the kids, the house…and how we make gluten free dinners that don’t taste like dirt!  Importantly, I’ll also explain how we still have time for our family, for date night and for fun! I am no expert, but people ask me all the time how I do this insanity so it’s time for me to spill my secrets.

I hope that when you follow this blog, you will be INSPIRED to dream big, be ENCOURAGED, and  ENTERTAINED. I know you all have amazing ideas trapped inside you. But we want to help you figure out the next steps, how to get to the next level, and everything we wished we knew sooner. Its time to show your amazingness to the world!
